I found the book boring. I can't tell whether the science is good or not, but most of the subjects he discussed are common knowledge now. This seems to be a "Freakonomics" wanna be, but this book doesn't go into motives. It merely describes what researchers have found. Freakonomics was much more fascinating to me.
